1. Try out some Extra Virgin Coconut Oil for 2 weeks

If you’re looking to drop a quick 5 or more pounds, get a $12 jar of this specific coconut oil and use it twice a day, 1 tablespoon at a time. Understand this, coconut oil is a fat. BUT… it’s a healthy fat. It’s good for you. Your body rarely absorbs this fat. Instead, your body uses it as instant energy.
