Lose Weight and your Fat Thighs

1. Walking up the stairs often

Ok, I know this is very simple. I don’t want you to make the common mistake of complicating things. You don’t need to do that to lose weight and reduce the size of your thighs. If you live in a 2 story house, a condo building with stairs, or an apartment building with stairs… then you can make this work.

Just walk up and down the stairs for 10-15 minutes a day… NON-STOP.

That is key. Don’t tell me you walk up and down them often. That’s great, but to get great results, you need to do this non-stop for at least 10 minutes… and do it everyday. That’s not asking for much. In the time it takes for you to drive to the gym, you can complete your leg and fat burning workout.

Want to make it even better? Run up the stairs and walk down them. Try it a few times. Sprinkle in a few stair runs.

2. Jump splits

This is an easy one. While standing like you normally do, jump your feet out to your sides so that your feet are 36 inches apart. Have a slight knee bend while doing these. Then jump your feet back to normal standing position. Do as many of these as you can for 1 minute NON-STOP. Do this at a fast pace!

Rest 30-45 seconds.

Then repeat this process for a total of 4 sets of jump splits. I think you’re going to love these. You can do these 5-6 days a week.

There you go. 10-15 minutes for 1 exercise and about 6 minutes for the other. That’s NOTHING. You can easily do that. If you truly want to lose weight and get rid of your fat thighs, this simple method will help to make that a possibility with results showing within 10 days.
