Inches to Lose - The solution

1. Jump rope on and off for 1 minute at a time

Jumping rope is 1 of the easiest ways to burn off a ton of fat. I recommend that you do it in 1 minute increments. 1 minute of jumping rope folowed by a minute rest. Continue doing that for a total of 15 minutes. So it’s only 8 minutes of jumping rope. This is very basic, but please understand that basic doesn’t mean less effective.

That stuff at the gym is overrated. You’ll need to do those things for a lot longer to get the benefits of only 8 minutes of jumping rope. Do this 5 days a week.

2. Have protein and or fiber with every meal

Protein and fiber both fill you up and keep your blood sugar levels stable. Very important for weight loss. You’ll end up eating less overall throughout the day when eating foods that are high in protein or fiber.

You can get the best of both worlds by eating black beans or lentils daily. Both are high in fiber and protein. Make it happen… it’s easy. This isn’t asking much.

If you have a lot of inches to lose, start using both these tips and you’ll start slimming down almost immediately.
