How to Lose Weight in 1 Week

1. Eat low calorie yogurts for snacks

This does 2 major things for you. First, it gives you a nice low dose of protein to tide you over between meals. Protein is a natural appetite suppressant. It also speeds up the metabolism. So that’s good right there alone, but what taking these yogurts between meals also does for you is that they help build good BACTERIA in your stomach.

You need good bacteria in your stomach to help the digestive process and to fight off bad bacterias. Yogurts have the good bacteria. You’ll see acidophilus and bifidobacterium on the label… that’s what you want. Those are the good guys.

My personal choices are those 33 cent yogurts in Wal-Mart. I get the “light” ones that are only 80 calories. I LOVE the black cherry flavor. MMM. So try eating 2-3 of these a day as snacks. That’s only 240 calories. Much better than chips and any of those other convenience junk food snacks.

2. Start your day with eggs

This 1 little thing will make a huge difference in your weight loss efforts. It’s sad, but a lot of people either skimp on breakfast or totally skip it. Breakfast is the MOST IMPORTANT meal of the day. If you’re going to eat a big meal, this is the time. Either way, just make sure you get at least 20 grams of protein in whatever breakfast you eat. This will kickstart the metabolism for the day… as well as help fight off cravings later in the day… even at night.
