Here’s how to lose weight by eating more than you normally do. There’s a trick to this way. But once you know this trick, you’ll have an easier time losing weight. It’s really not that hard.

Lose Weight by Eating More

1. Eat more fiber foods

Foods high in fiber will fill you up quicker and curb between meal cravings. You can also use fiber snacks between meals. Here are my top choices.

Black beans - great as a side dish with a lot of different types of meals. A can of black beans is absolutely loaded with fiber… 25 grams of it. What I do is I split the can… 1/2 of a can for 1 meal and the other half for a second meal. One thing about black beans, be sure to cook them for about 5 minutes.

A tip… if you don’t particularly like the taste of black beans, use 1 tablespoon of sour cream or a tablespoon of a bbq sauce to help cover up the taste.

Apples - Each apple has about 5 grams of fiber. If you were to eat 2-3 apples a day as snacks, you’d severely cut down on your bad junk food cravings and help tide you over until your meals.

2. Eat more high-water-content foods

These foods mainly come in the class of fruits and vegetables. Again, apples are a top choice of mine in this group. The more you eat the types of foods, the more weight you’ll lose weight.

Listen, you don’t need to starve to lose weight. You can lose weight by eating more fiber and high water content foods and make weight loss an easy process instead of pain in the butt.
