1. Run your stairs

Just do it. You have stairs in your house? Good, run up them and walk back down. How easy and simple is that. I’m sure you walk up and down them plenty, but the key to making this work for fat loss is to do it all at once. Do it for 5 minutes non-stop to begin with. Do it for 4 days a week. After that, bump it up to 6 minutes each day for the next week. Then 7 minutes each day for the week after.

In those 3 weeks, you’re belly will transform. Believe me, it will happen. Just follow that simple plan.

2. Eat eggs or rolled oats oatmeal with 1/2 scoop of protein powder for breakfast

Breakfast is the MOST IMPORTANT meal of the day. You need to get protein into your body during breakfast. Don’t bother with sugar foods like cereals and don’t skip breakfast. Your body NEEDS protein. It’s been starved while you slept. It needs some good clean energy and nutrients to start your day off right. Don’t blow this. It’s simple.
