Losing Inches Off Your Waist

Do incline walking or running… or both together.

This can be as easy as inclining a treadmill and walking on it for 25 minutes, running up a hill and walking down it repeatedly, or simply running up some stairs and walking down them repeatedly.

If you’re going to do this with walking only, do this for 20-30 minutes. Pay attention to how your body is reacting.

Here’s the deal… losing inches off your waist is easy when you start doing things your body isn’t accustomed to… so try this out and within 3 weeks you should lose 2 inches from your waist.
