Tips on How to Burn Fat!

Here are some tips on how to burn fat. Look, I’m going to show you how to save time while at the same time… you’ll burn more fat faster. This is simple stuff… but it does require you to take action. Just knowing this information isn’t good enough… you have to do it. So take 2 minutes to get familiar with this and then start thinking about how you can implement these tips into your life on a consistent basis.

Tips on How to Burn Fat

1. Eat protein with each meal

I recommend that you get at least 20 grams of protein with each meal. Why? Because protein does 2 major things. First, it will suppress your appetite better than carb dominant meals. Second, and more important, it’s a natural metabolism booster. Thus, you burn more calories and fat without even doing anything else. So just keep this in mind… protein with your meals.

2. Do little workouts instead of 1 big workout

Research is showing that mini-workouts 2-10 minute workouts work much better at speeding up your metabolism than 1 30-minute workout. So instead of blocking off 30 minutes of your time, sneak in shorter workouts. I have a brilliant way you can do this while saving a bunch of your wasted time. Do these workouts during 3 minute commercial breaks. This is perfect if you watch a lot of tv. And come on, I know you watch more tv than you will admit to. We all do.
