Seriously though, I have some information that will help you to lose weight faster. I’m not going to lay out some complicated stuff that you can’t do. I’m going to make this easy and extremely doable for you.

Weight Loss Tricks

1. Cold water makes it so easy… no, not drinking it

Ok, let me ask you this… how bad do you want to lose weight? Are you willing to put up with 20 seconds of being uncomfortable to speed up weight loss without having to exercise or diet? If yes, then let me introduce you to the cold water rinse after your showers. It’s quite simple to do. Take your shower like you always do.

Then when you’re done. STOP. Don’t turn off the water, but instead turn it to extra cold and rinse it all over your body… front, back, arms, everything. Do this for 20 seconds.

After that, jump out of the shower and towel off to get warm.

What happened? You just turned your body into a fat burning furnace. The cold waters “stokes” your body into burning fat to keep it at it’s core temperature. You’ll be at that higher fat burning rate for the next few hours. It’s called thermogenesis.

2. Eat 3 apples a day

Ok, not so much of a trick than an obvious secret. At 5 grams of fiber per apple and also a high water content, you’ll get filled up from each apple you eat. Doesn’t matter how you eat them, just get 3 down your throat everyday.
