1. Get to spinning

As in, spinning like little kids. Diet and exercise are great and wonderful for losing weight, but sometimes there’s a deeper problem that is holding you back. That problem is YOUR HORMONES. They decide your weight more so than diet and exercise. Not always, but for a lot of people. The strange act of spinning around in a circle for 10-15 seconds, multiple times each day, helps to alter your hormones in a positive, healthy way. It’s an ongoing process.

So you must do it everyday for at least 5 times.

2. At each meal, make sure you have either protein or fiber… OR BOTH

Protein and fiber are naturally regulate your body’s blood sugar levels. You want your blood sugar levels to stable and smooth… not like big mountains and valleys. The more stable your blood sugar levels are, the less likely you’ll overeat junk foods. You won’t have to do battle with your willpower and your body if you keep this important metric under control.

So for each meal, try to get 20 grams of protein and or 10 grams of fiber in it. Lean meats, black beans, lentils, apples, etc… get creative. I’m not telling you to totally alter your diet. Just make some small modifications. Do a little bit more research if necessary. Just remember this rule.
