Cut 10 Pounds of Body Fat

Here’s how to cut 10 pounds of body fat in a relatively easy and simple manner. Now, I’m not going to promise you that you’re going to lose 10 pounds in a week. That’s idiotic. But it’s totally possible to drop 10 pounds in a month using the information I’m about to share with you.

Cut 10 Pounds of Body Fat

1. Have protein at least 5 different times each day

Why? Protein is a natural appetite suppressant while also boosting your metabolism to burn off more fat. So the more often you have protein, the better your body is able to burn off fat while containing your cravings.

For meals, I recommend that you eat at least 20 grams of protein. Eat whatever, but just make sure at least 20 grams of protein is included. This will help minimize and reduce your blood sugar spikes due to the simple carbs that may be in the meal.

For snacks, I recommend using string cheese and beef jerky as your protein sources. These are great foods that are overlooked. Use them!

2. Walk uphill or on an incline of 15+ degrees

Here’s the thing. A lot of people like to walk as their main exercise. That’s great, but if you want to lose weight fast, walking on a flat surface won’t do it. Walking on a flat surface is best for weight maintenance, not weight loss. HOWEVER, walking on an incline is way different as far as weight loss results.

Just walking 20-30 minutes a day, 5 days a week on an incline of no less than 15 degrees will burn fat like crazy. That isn’t even much of an incline. I personally do this on a treadmill even though I like being outdoors. I don’t have time to look for a hill to walk up and down… besides, I don’t have to deal with the weather either.

Just do these 2 things and you should be able to cut 10 pounds of body fat in a month or less.
