5 Keys For Instant Weight Loss

I’ve created a simple system that you can follow that will help you lose weight whenever you implement it.

Here’s the process that has literally saved my life-

Step 1- Frequent Meals- This probably doesn’t sit right with most people. After all, how can eating more help you lose weight? Eating more frequent meals

puts your body in a catabolic state. It puts your metabolism in hyper drive and speeds up the calorie burning process.

Step 2- It’s More About How Much You Eat- Quality and quantity of food are both important for you to continue on with a healthy lifestyle. However, most people

gain weight because they eat more calories than their body can burn. So even if you go over your daily caloric intake by eating healthy food, you’ll still gain weight.

This is why it’s important to monitor how much food you eat. Oh yeah, it doesn’t hurt to make most of that food healthy either.

Step 3- Proper Exercise- It’s important that you combine both weight training and cardio to your weight loss plan. Try and mix it up with your

workout routine. So for 3 days make sure you lift weights. The other 3 days make sure you get at least 30-45 minutes of cardio. Remember that you need to

burn 4,500 to lose a pound of fat.

Step 4- Turn off the TV- You can actually burn more calories sleeping than you can if you’re watching tv. Try and combat this problem by cleaning

your house or doing other chores that will help you burn a few calories.

Step 5- Take the stairs Instead- Whenever you have a choice to take the elevator or take the stairs, take the stairs. If the post office is only a block away make

sure you walk instead of drive. Remember what I said earlier? I said that it takes 4,500 calories to lose 1 pound of fat. This is why it’s important to

not only exercise, but to be active while you’re not exercising.
