How to Lose 10 Pounds in a Day

Losing weight is always hard and you want to do it as fast as possible, but how fast can it really be? For instance, is it possible to lose 10 pounds in a day?

The answer to that question is a resounding no. Losing 10 lbs in 1 day is impossible and if you stumble upon a diet program which promises that then know that it’s a scam and you should avoid it. It’s just too much weight to lose and you shouldn’t even attempt something like that because it will only ruin your motivation needlessly.

If you can’t lose 10 pounds in 1 day how soon can you do it in?

It depends on a lot of factors and on the weight loss method you pursue. However, I recommend taking at least 2 weeks to do it. I make this recommendation because too fast a weight loss can be a shock to the body and so you should take your time and allow your body to gradually get used to having less fat. This will also allow you to avoid cravings which overly fast weight loss often brings with it.

There are a number of ways in which you can lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. I recommend following a weight loss plan called the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet. I have personally had contact with numerous people who achieved this goal with Fat Loss 4 Idiots and so I know that it’s possible. What I like about this weight loss plan is that it’s very simple to follow and that it works for the majority of the people who use it (nothing works for everyone). It won’t get you to lose 10 lbs in a day, but it will certainly help you to lose weight in a more sensible and continuous way, and it’s still a pretty fast weight loss rate, believe me.
