2. Eat a vegetable soup or salad before EVERY meal

This is the easiest way to cut out 30-50% of your calories without starving and without being malnourished. The salad can be whatever you want, just as long as it has only vegetables in it. The soup… please make it from scratch and don’t use the canned soups. Make a big batch so it lasts you 3 or more days. Look at it this way… you’re still allowed to eat your favorite foods. So come on, what’s the big deal eating soup or a salad before your meal?

3. Start you day with eggs

A lot of people are overweight because they either skip breakfast or eat a bad breakfast. What happens then is your body is STARVED for nutritious foods so it creates a hunger. Basically, you’re on a roller coaster ride because your body is desperate for meaningful calories. It’s trying to catch up the rest of the day. NOT GOOD. It’s best to FRONT LOAD your calories so you will be less hungry and have less cravings for the rest of the day. Eggs are the perfect choice for a breakfast since they have protein and fill you up.
