1. Add 2 protein shakes to your diet each day

While doing this, make the 2-3 meals you normally have a little bit smaller. What you are doing is you’re spreading out your calories more evenly throughout the day. 2. Eat a soup or salad before all meals

This is great if you eat a lot of EMPTY calories that just convert into body fat. You won’t starve and you won’t be nutrient deficient with this technique. One warning… DON’T use canned soups. Make your own vegetable soup maybe with some chicken from scratch.

3. Fall in love with apples as between meal snacks

It’s quite simple. Apples contain a lot of water and they each have 5 grams of fiber. This is exactly what you need between meals to contain your cravings until the next meal.
