Are These 2 Culprits Keeping You From Six Pack Abs?
Are you having a difficult time losing belly fat and getting those awesome six pack abs that everyone loves? Well, its not the easiest thing to do, especially if you don’t have the right formula to get that six pack. And if you are consuming these two culprits, you are definitely making it more difficult to crush belly fat and get a six pack stomach.
I bet you are wondering what these two culprits are? Well, I will tell you. The two culprits are sugar and flour. These two foods will cripple your chances of getting your six pack. And I am sure you are eating foods that contain these devilish ingredients. They are everywhere. From baked goods to all the processed foods out there.
The problem today in America, is that we have become so lazy and rely on fast food choices that make things more convenient for us. That means more processed foods, foods with preservatives, foods that have been chemically altered.
Consuming excess sugars will spike your fat-storage hormone, insulin. When your insulin rises significantly, all the excess sugars get stuffed into your fat cells, making you fatter, hence stopping you from getting those six pack abs you want so bad.
Flour does the same thing. It boosts your insulin levels, making you fat as well. We want to stabilize your insulin levels and stimulate your fat-burning hormone, glucagon.
So, as you can see, to get that six pack, you need to cut down both the sugar and the flour. Here is a start, avoid all processed foods and baked goods. What are processed foods? Any food that has been chemically altered. For starter, foods that come in a box, like in the aisles in all the grocery stores. Avoid those. Also, you need to avoid all baked goods, like cakes, cookies, pies, etc. You get the point.
If you incorporate more raw, natural foods in their natural state, into your diet, you will see your belly fat dropping and your six packs coming out in no time.
