How I Lost 7 Pounds in Less Than 14 Days by Eating More

Every dieters dream and if you’re anything like me anything that allows me to eat more and lose weight is a good thing. Being a formerly big girl, I actually ate less than most people did, I don’t know if it was metabolism, my genetics but whatever I ate, no matter how little went straight to my butt and my gut.

It wasn’t until I tired something I had never done before and that was to eat more food and more often that they weight finally budged, despite my previous belief and experiences.

I learned that eating more actually keep my insulin levels stable, the lack of spikes where my insulin levels would raise sharply influenced the way I felt.

Eating more kept my energy levels constant and prevented me from wanting to binge eat. It also curbed my appetite.

My past experiences taught me was that eating even a small bar of chocolate had adverse effects on how I felt. I didn’t realist that it triggered me to eat more because the low I felt was as a direct results of the sugar I had just consumed. The terrible lows were because my body secreted too much insulin to remove the sugar from blood from the chocolate that it would cause my sugar level to drop like a stone.

Simply replacing refined and processed sugars with fruit which is another form from sugar (fructose) fruit slow releases natural sugar into the blood preventing your sugar levels from spiking.

If you want to lose weight:

Eat often, eat smaller meals. Here’s just a sample of what I would eat in a day:

Meal 1 Fruity French Toast
Meal 2 Bran cereal
Meal 3 Steak With Sweet Potatoes
Meal 4 Pumpkin Seed & Almonds
Meal 5 Chicken With Baked Squash

With all that food I felt spoiled and I mix and match my meals so that I am always excited about my next meal, I never get bored.

Exercise, dance, walk, swim, do it your way but move more and the weight will drop off. Here’s a little tip, clenching your tummy and your butt muscles will help burn the fat and sculpt that area quicker. Don’t believe me? The next hill you walk up tightening those muscles you’ll feel exactly what I’m talking about.

If you want to lose weight, you can, you just have to do it sensibly.
