How to Lose a Stone Fast!

Here’s how to lose a stone fast and easy. Don’t worry about totally changing up your diet and forget about going to a gym for an hour or more a day. What I’m about to share with you is easy to implement for just about everyone. Take what I’m about to give to you and use it… you’ll be glad you did.

How to Lose a Stone Fast

1. Eat apples before meals

This is very simple. An apple has about 5 grams of fiber in it. Fiber fills you up obviously. So by eating an apple 5 minutes before you eat your meals, you are filling yourself up AHEAD of time. This helps control how many calories you eat in your meal. You’ll eat less of those calories without even trying.

Listen, I know this isn’t some sexy tip, but it’s PROVEN. Do it and the results WILL HAPPEN.

2. Eat low calorie yogurts for snacks

Low calorie yogurts have protein. Protein is naturally a metabolism booster. Plus it suppresses your appetite. These 2 key things make it so eating yogurts as your snacks helps with weight loss. Just be careful that your yogurt doesn’t have too many calories in it. Limit the yogurts you eat to 80 calories or less.

3. Easy exercise for weight loss… jumping on a rebounder

A rebounder is also known as a mini-trampoline. These things are AWESOME. If you don’t have one, GO GET ONE NOW. You’re missing out. Not only is it an effective total body workout, but it’s a convenient weight loss exercise to do.

Plop the rebounder down in front of a tv and jump on it. Heck, to be honest, you don’t even need to jump. A lot of times I just sway my heels back and forth… so my toes are still touching the thing the whole time.

The trick is to get this done a little here and a little there. Say 3 minutes during a commercial every once in awhile. This adds up quickly.
