The Lose Weight Fast Diet
1. You will have 3 protein shakes a day
Add about 30 grams of protein powder to water and mix in a banana, apples, and whatever other healthy fruits and vegetables you want. Blend it up and drink that protein shake over the next 15 minutes. A tip you may want to consider is to add flaxmeal to it so as to provide some fiber.
2. Have 2 small meals based around either eggs and 1/2 can of black beans or tuna and 1/2 can of black beans
These 2 meals have few calories, yet a lot of protein and fiber. This is great for the metabolism as well as appetite suppression. When I’ve gone on this diet, I usually had 1 of the meals for breakfast and 1 for dinner.
The genius in this diet is that you are getting loads of protein relatively easy. One thing that is almost common knowledge these days is that the best weight loss diets are high in protein. They all have that in common.
This lose weight fast diet is pretty simple and easy to stick with for 3 weeks. So give it a try and I’m sure you’ll lose a bunch of weight.
