Well, it’s not as simple as telling you 1 thing. It’s different for different people.

For some people, it’s as easy as increasing the amount of sleep they get. That speeds up weight loss… for those who don’t get enough sleep. Add 1 hour of sleep each night and see what the scale says in 10 days.

For others, it may be lowering stress levels since high stress levels raise cortisol in your blood. Even with a good diet plan and a lot of exercising, high stress will impose it’s will and you won’t lose any weight. A simple solution to speed up weight loss is to do periodic deep breathing for stress control.

No, it doesn’t solve the problem of what is stressing you, but it does relax your body.

Another thing that makes for faster weight loss is to improve your digestive efficiency. If you have a sluggish digestive process, weight loss will take forever. An easy way to fix this is to get plenty of fiber and lots of raw fruits and vegetables.

Now, I’m going to save you the lecture on eating fruits and vegetables. The reason why I want you to eat more of them is because raw fruits and vegetables have live enzymes that help the digestive process. Fiber helps push out and sweep up your whole digestive tract. A 2-in-1 combo is to eat a few apples each day… this solves both the fiber and enzymes issue.

Fiber… lentils are great AND cheap. Black beans are the top choice in my opinion. Basically, think beans for fiber. Fruits and vegetables… pick a bunch.
