Why Am I Gaining Weight? The Strange Answers

Are you asking yourself “Why am I gaining weight?” even though I eat pretty good and exercise. Well, I’m going to tell you why in this article. And guess what, maybe it has nothing to do with your diet or exercise. SHOCKER, huh! You are overlooking some key things that you need to know about weight loss.

Why am I Gaining Weight?

1. Your hormones are messed up

Your hormones get messed up and work against your weight loss efforts because of prescription and or over-the-counter drugs, chemicals in the air, foods, drinks, and packaging we are surrounded by, and who knows what else.

This world is not a healthy place and you’re getting some of the direct results of the unnatural things we’ve created to make “our lives better”.

Simple solution… spin around in a circle. I’m not even going to give you the details on the WHY this works, just do it. Spin around in a circle for 5-10 times, and do this 5-10 times a day.

2. Lack of sleep

Lack of sleep is a big reason people don’t lose weight or worse, gain weight. It has to do with cortisol in your blood. Too complicated to get into in this short article, but the obvious solution is to get enough sleep each day. If you’re having problems with weight loss, just add another 30 minutes a night of sleep (if possible).

3. Digestive System is clogged up

If your colon is clogged up, everything trying to get out of you gets in a sort of TRAFFIC JAM. You know how those are. This isn’t good because those things that are waste products that can’t get out, start SEEPING toxic stuff into your blood when it’s trapped.

Basically, here’s the thing. If you’re not having 2 bowel movements a day, then you need more fiber. Get 40 grams of fiber a day. Eat black beans, apples, lentils, whatever… just get fiber. Fiber is cheap and plentiful. It’s not hard. Do a little research if necessary. 1 can of black beans and 3 apples a day gets you 40 grams of fiber. There, simple. Do it now.

Stop asking ‘Why am I gaining weight’ and instead ask yourself ‘what can I do to stop gaining weight.’
