Flat Tummy Rules

Here are a few flat tummy rules you should be following in order to tone up and slim down your waist. I’m not going to tell you to do 1,000 crunches or jog an hour a day. Those are “kinda” helpful, but for the most part they’re a big waste of time since they’re grossly inefficient. Take 2 minutes right now to read this to find out what you need to be doing.

Flat Tummy Rules

1. Your diet needs fiber in it

Fiber is a BIG key when it comes to losing weight and dropping inches off your stomach. Why? Because it fills you up with less calories… and it keeps you having this “filled up” feeling for longer. So in a word, you eat less calories both immediately and later on. Just getting enough fiber to meet the government guidelines is not enough. It’s a start though, since most Americans only get 10 grams of fiber… and the government suggests 25 a day.

But you need more than that to cause weight loss and belly flattening. You need 40 or more grams of fiber. Sounds tough? Nope… not at all. Get a can of black beans (58 cents) and 3 apples… eat those each day. As you can see, I’m not telling you to totally change up your diet. Black beans are a side dish, not a main meal.

So they’re easy to fit in. Apples you can fit in either before meals or as snacks.

2. Walk some stairs everyday

Got stairs in your house or the building you live in? If so, GREAT! I have something simple for you to do. Just walk up and down them for 10 minutes, 6 days a week… or everyday. That’s an hour or so a week. That’s nothing. But the benefits are both immediate and long term. Try it for 2 weeks, you’ll be a believer. It’s so simple… nothing to think about… just do it.

These are 2 flat tummy rules that work… so give them a try.
