2 Rules For Stomach Fat Reduction

Here are 2 SUPERIOR rules for stomach fat reduction. I’m sure you’re about as sick and tired as I am when it comes to what passes for information… in regards to losing belly fat. I mean come on… duh, we all know about jogging, situps, and crunches. The only problem besides that those are boring is that they don’t really work that well. Actually, THEY SUCK if you want to reduce your waist size fast.

Rules for Stomach Fat Reduction

1. Do metabolic boosting mini-trampoline jumping 3 minutes at a time

What I want you to do is focus on mini-workouts that can be done during tv commercial breaks. You don’t need to do them during these commercials if you don’t want to, but it’s just something I’ve found works great for me… and lots of my clients also do this to save a bunch of time.

Mini-workouts are the key to UNLEASHING your metabolism in it’s fight against body fat. Mini-workouts beat the pants off long workouts. The only thing is, you need to do multiple mini-workouts. Without doing these during tv commercials, I realize this will be hard for most people in regards to their schedules.

But most people have lots of free time in 3-5 minute spurts throughout the day.

I recommend you get a mini-trampoline (they’re cheap) and put it in your living room and during 5-10 commercial breaks, you jump on it. It sounds like a lot, but it’s not. Eat time you jump on it for 3 minutes, you’re “STOKING” your metabolic fire to burn off fat.

Do these everyday if possible.

2. Do bodyweight squats FAST

Here’s a quick thing you can do that’ll take you less than 5 minutes, but it’ll get your body all charged up burning fat like crazy. Do 4 sets of 25 repetitions of bodyweight squats. Just rest 45 seconds between sets. If you can’t do this to begin with, just work towards it as a goal. Just one thing with these, make sure you squat down far enough.

To make this easy for you to see, just swipe or touch your fingers to the ground during all your squats. If you don’t touch the ground, you didn’t go down far enough and that repetition doesn’t count.

Do these 5 days a week.

Follow these 2 rules for stomach fat reduction and within a couple weeks you’ll see a dramatic difference in your belly size.
