1. Diet technique

This is a simple one. Add 1 cup of broccoli or 1/2 can of black beans to each meal you eat. Nothing more, nothing less. This is easy and right to the point. Both these foods have minimal calories with maximum nutritional value. They fill you up also. This allows you to eat even less calories for those meals. It’s almost like a snowballing effect. Then you aren’t as full between meals either. So you will eat less then as well. It’s called the “CASCADING EFFECT”

2. Exercise during tv commercial breaks

Look, you’re probably busy and stressed out. So I don’t want to stress you out by adding a big 1 hour chunk of exercise for you each day. I want to make exercising as easy and stress-free as possible for you. To do that, I believe that “sneaking in” exercise during commercials is the way to go. Commercial breaks are about 3 minutes. So figure on using 10 commercials to get this done.

What to do?

You can do jumping jacking, jump on a mini-trampoline, jump rope, do pushups, bodyweight squats, whatever. Just make sure you do it in front of your tv so you can use the commercial breaks as a timing device. I do this all the time. It’s easy. Usually you don’t even sweat, but these workouts work big time to speed up your metabolism and burn off fat. Give them a try using this technique.
