Here are some diet menu ideas for you to use for quick weight loss. This isn’t complicated. Don’t let people make it seem like weight loss is a complicated matter… IT’S NOT. I’m not going to give you information overload in this article, but I will share with you some good solid tips over the next 2 minutes that will help you drop the weight and take your body to the next level.

Diet Menu Ideas

1. Use chicken, tuna, lean beef, and eggs as your “base” proteins for meals

You can do a lot with these. Don’t think that you’ll get bored with these. You will only if you allow yourself to. You can do so many things to change up the tastes of these things. Herbs and spices are the 2 primary ways… besides mixing them into different foods.

Before I continue on to the next idea, remember this… get at least 20 grams of protein with each meal. This is a must.

2. Use black beans, lentils, peas, and broccoli as “filler” foods and side dishes

Combining those proteins with these foods will go a long LONG way to not only filling you up, but filling your plate full of good healthy foods. This leaves less space for the bad foods. All you need to do is look at the labels on these things to see how great they are… not to mention, they’re CHEAP.

3. Round out your meals WITHOUT liquid calories

Ok, this is a big deal here. Sugar drinks taste great. Hey, I love them too. But they fill you up with empty calories. This is a big reason why Americans are so fat today. These drinks spike your blood sugar which forces you to store that stuff as body fat. NOT GOOD. Listen, here’s a way to get a sweet, sugary taste in your liquids without using harmful man-made sugar substitutes or sugar. The secret is to use STEVIA packets.

I personally use 2 packets in 15 ounces of water. I was able to quit sodas in about 3 days using this method. Try it. You’ll be glad you did!
