What is the since of going on a diet to lose a few pounds then go back to stuffing your face and you gain it all back? A diet shouldn’t be a month or 2 month thing it needs to be a way of life.

Second thing you should start doing is exercising at home. This can be things like instead of putting those dishes in the dish washer hand wash them. This alone can burn a lot of calories you need to lose weight. Another thing you can do while you are watching your favorite TV show do leg lunges. That’s right every commercial break take some time out and work them legs out. This can be fun way of starting to burn calories right from your home.

Third thing you can do is have a support group. Find friends or people at your job who have the same weight loss goals as you and pair up. This can help you because doing anything alone always seems a lot harder than if you have someone there helping and pushing you along.
